We ship our product only within the stipulated regions of the Union of India. So, If you want to know if we can deliver the product at your place, please contact our online helpline numbers and let us know your location, so that we can confirm if we can deliver the product to your city.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
For the shipping of our products, there is no fee whatsoever. Installation of products is free as well, except for some of our products.
WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We usually ship products within a few hours, but it may take up to 48 hours in some situations, depending upon your location and/or holidays. Kindly contact us on our helpline numbers to know the exact time of shipping.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
The question of tracking an order doesn’t arise because we are not going to use a courier to send your product. Our reputed and authorized dealers will deliver the product to you. In case you still want to track your order, simply contact us, and we will give you the exact whereabouts of your shipped product.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE FITTING?
Installation, as we mentioned earlier, is usually free; however, some products need professional installation, which requires some fitting charges and fees. This depends on the type of car.
RETURNS
Any product found on receipt to be damaged must be reported to us immediately.
WARRANTIES
In the instance of a warrantied product failing, you must contact us, where a replacement battery will, in most circumstances, be issued within 48 hours (may vary if the product needs to be tested and analyzed). Our product warranties cover product replacement only; that is, we guarantee the product against physical failure for the duration of the warranty. We cannot exchange any flat (discharged) batteries. If an alternator or some electrical issues on the vehicle or application has drained the battery, this is not covered under warranty.
For detailed information, you should check the warranty card or a soft copy you received at the time of delivery/installation of the product. In case the product fails within the warranty time period, simply contact the phone number given on the bill/receipt of your product.
