Where do we deliver to?
We deliver our products only within the stipulated regions of the Union of India. To know if we can deliver the product at your place use the Battery Finder option. If you do not find the location listed, then contact our online helpline numbers and let us know your location, so that we can confirm if we can deliver the product to your location.
What does delivery cost?
For delivery of our products, there is a fee of Rs.299 for all car batteries. Installation of inverter battery and UPS costs Rs.499.
When will it arrive?
We usually deliver products within few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours in some situation depending upon your location and/or holidays. Kindly contact us on our Helpline numbers to know the exact time of delivery.
How do i track my order?
The question of tracking an order doesn’t arise because we are not going to use a courier or third party delivery executives. Our reputed and authorized battery Merchant Partners will deliver the product to you. In case, you still want to track your order, simply contact us and we will give you the exact whereabouts of your shipped product.
Does the price include fitting?
Installation charge is Rs.299 for all car batteries. However, but some products need professional installation which require some fitting charges and fees.
Returns
Any product found to be damaged while being delivered must be Reported to Us immediately. Once the technician leaves your place, the responsibility lies with the customer to prove.
Warranties
In the instance of a warrantied product failing you must contact us where a replacement battery will in most circumstances be issued immediately. Our product warranties cover product replacement only that is we guarantee the product against physical failure for the duration of warranty years. We cannot exchange any flat (discharged) batteries. If an alternator or some electrical system on the vehicle or application has drained the battery, this is not covered under warranty.
For detailed information on warranty terms, customers should read the warranty card issued at the time of delivery/installation of the product. In case the product fails within the warranty time period, simply contact the phone number given on the warranty card of your product. Our Merchant Partners will also help customers in warranty claim process.
