FAQs

The moment you place your order you will receive a call from our verification manager. The manager will be making this call to confirm and verify the order, shipping details, and customer availability. After the confirmation call is over, you will receive an e-mail with product summary and estimated delivery time, thus, confirming the order. The e-mail will also contain the order ID so that you can refer it.

The prices of the batteries and the inverters that are mentioned on the website are fixed and it includes GST. They do not contain any kind of hidden costs, service taxes or any sort of extra charges. You will pay the exact amount you see on the website.

Accordion ContentOnce you order the battery, all you have to do is wait for our verification manager to call you to confirm the details of the order. In this call, you will be asked about your availability too. We usually deliver the battery within 4-8 hours after your order is confirmed by our verification manager. But you can mention a time for delivery that suits you. It is not really possible to deliver at the exact mentioned time because of various reasons like a traffic jam, bad weather, political disruption, or unavailability of the product. Also, you have to remember that this is restricted to the orders that are confirmed before 2 PM. We cannot promise the same day delivery of orders that are confirmed after 2 PM.

The batteries you will be receiving are completely factory charged and sealed. They will be ready for use the moment they are installed.

  • You will see a lot of problems whenever you are trying to start/ignite the engine of your car.
  • Change the battery every four years.
  • Conduct a battery load test from a technician.
  • Clean the battery terminals carefully.
  • Keep cables tied and firm.
  • Don’t leave your car for too long without starting.
  • Keep the battery warm and away from rodents.
  • Lubricate the battery terminals with Vaseline or any other petroleum jelly regularly
  • If the car battery is in an idle condition, switch off all the electronic devices.
  • Make sure the battery’s fluid level is always full.

Easy to use “Inverter / UPS Power Consumption Calculator” will guide you to make better-informed choices.

How to use the power calculator?

It is a simple process, add your appliances from the list and then select the watt from the list provided, submit the data. The power calculator will tell you the power that you need to run the appliances. You should always discuss these requirements with the authorized dealer so that you make a better-informed decision and have a great experience with your inverter or UPS.

How to Calculate Inverter & Battery Backup Time?

Here is a quick guide on calculating inverter and battery backup time.

There are the different capacity of inverters like 200VA, 250VA, 350VA, 400VA, 450VA, 500VA, 625VA, 1200VA, etc. The load of the inverter should be chosen based on how many watts of appliances you power at a time.

How to convert from VA to Watts?

Volts x Ampere = VA (VoltAmpere)
Volts x Ampere x Power Factor = kW (Watts)

where,
Power Factor = 0.8 (which is the max. power factor of the home standard)
If you want to run 200W of appliances then,
200 / 0.8 = 250VA
So, you should prefer the inverter of 250VA or more. 300VA inverter will be the best choice.

Similarly, the battery is an integral part of the inverter. The performance of the inverter depends on the connected battery and vice-versa.

The battery backup time in hours can be calculated using the following formula:

Backup Time = Battery AH x 12V x N x Efficiency of Battery / Load in Watts

where,
Battery AH = Ampere Hour Capacity of Battery
N = Number of 12 V Batteries needed
The efficiency of Battery = Generally it is 0.8, which is the max. the power factor of home standard

Note: The inverter capacity is not used in backup time calculation.

Suppose, I have a 60A battery. My load is 150W. I have a single 12V battery. Generally, in-home standard, only a single 12V battery is used.
Backup Time = ( 60 x 12 x 1 x 0.8 / 150 ) hours
= 3.84 hours
