How Does it Work?

  • BatteryCity Merchant Service Team will get in touch to verify you as a seller.
  • Sign a contract with us.
  • Receive orders.
  • Deliver and install if required by the customers.
  • Payments and accounts are settled every week.

Note:

  • A standard MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) needs to be signed by the merchant partners. Some statutory documents as proof of business need to be submitted.
  • Once an order is received and confirmed, BatteryCity will raise an order number and SMS/e-mail order details to the merchant. The orders will be forwarded as per merchant service area. For example, let’s say you are an Exide dealer ready to service New Delhi area. We will forward all orders for Exide batteries coming from New Delhi area to you.
